  We booked a budget room but were upgraded, for a small negotiable additional charge, to a better room which had wonderful views over Lago Albino and facilities outside in which to relax and enjoy the view. The staff and management were very friendly and helpful; the bedroom was spacious and comfortable with cooking and fridge facilities if require... wat mensen zeggen » d; the dining room for breakfast was magnificent (we did not have dinner as were committed elsewhere) and were able to use the facilities uninterrupte - The breakfast while traditional was superb. The pastries were absolutely wonderful and were accompanied by your choice of beverages, yogurt, bread and homemade jam, and a hardboiled egg. The dog, Lu-La, while a Giant Canne Corso, is a cream puff who loves to be petted and will follow you all around the property but not into any of the facilities.

  It's confortable and you can make brekfast every morning, coffee and tea were included. very friendly stuff, answer to all our questions.Plus they gave us a phone to call them just in case we need something. Nobody disturbed us and it felt like home. Close to the metro station.

  We stayed in the one bedroom suites with one double bed and a bunk bed. We booked the room just before we took the night train from Venice to Rome so I was not possible to check email at night. When we arrived Rome at 6:45 amand walked about 15 minutes and found the hotel. The sign at the door says we need to phone for the check in. Lucia the owner and manger was always nice, welcome, and speaks good English.
