  The hotel is modern, with spacious rooms by European standards. We used it for a single night for a trip into Venice without having to pay a high price for a room. The restaurant in the facility was excellent, one of best meals while in Italy.   Excellent place to stay. People responsible for the B&B are very friendly. Excellent location (walking distance to airport, roughly 1 km). 30 minutes from Piazzale Roma (Venice) by bus 5. Nice also to be able to have pic nic in the garden (chairs, tables and umbrellas for the sun are provided) - Near Venice Airport but quite rural and quaint... wat mensen zeggen » . Stephano, the proprietor, went out of his way to accomodate me. The Number 5 bus both to Venice and to airport stops nearby. I booked it from the internet on a leap of faith because I was stranded due to Italian strike. Felt I lucked out.
