good food either on breakfast and in the hotel restaurant. A nice and
peaceful place to stay. -

The service was excellent, friendly. Issues were resolved in a timely
manner. The food was amazing, The breakfast with such a large variety.
Wow. The receptionists were right there to assist with any issue, always

A hotel that offers great value particularly for the Business Traveller.
I could have stayed in any hotel in the city but chose to return to the
Leonardo City Tower. Rooms are very comfortable, clean and offer
everything I look for when away from home. Staff are courteous and
helpful. The breakfast buffet is execellent, as is the Friday night
(Shabbat) buffet. In the heart of the business district its location
ensures you can beat the Tel Aviv traffic. Enjoyed my stay. Thank you.

The Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good,
from the salads, breads, dairy to the omelets and shaksuka. The rooms
and beds were comfortable, and I loved the shower and bathtub. Plus
they left a fresh bottle of water as needed. It was nice having the
Azrieli mall right there, as well as a full supermarket, again, right

The soundproofing is impressive, never heard of the ice cube machine
right in front of my room once the door's closed. In case of dnd,
you don't get a call asking whether you want the room cleaned or
not, which is just the way it should be. The location is very
conveniently located as long as you remember facilities around the hotel
being closed during Shabat and plan in advance.

We liked the treatment of reception staff,attentiveness.We had heavy problems with the health problems and difficult procedures of medicine but the feeling of home,empathy of the staff helped us to get through we'll. We enjoyed a lot the service of business lounge that any time you can have tea and coffee,fresh fruits all the day. -

The staff was incredibly nice and friendly, the appartment was huge and beautifully designed, the location couldnt be any better.
Very quiet atmosphere and fantastic noise insulation of the roms, the purim carnaval and street parties were happening almost around the clock but the room was quiet and pleasant.

The staff was excellent and the room was large and comfortable. We had only one day in Tel Aviv and the staff arranged a free 3 hour tour for us in Tel Aviv and Jaffa. We had an electricity outage in our room and the staff immediately moved us to an upgraded room. It is a boutique type hotel - has a restaurant next door. The staff arranged for a taxi for us at 5AM to the airport and there were pastries and coffee available for us at that time of morning. Perfect for our short stay.

Excellent service. Every thing we asked for was provided as if they did
not know how to say "NO". Asked for late check out at 4:00 pm,
management said yes no problem and also offered drinks at the Bar before
we left. We were late for breakfast (1:00 pm) management said no
problem, coffe etc delivered to our room. Unbelievable service. -

The desk staff were fantastically helpful and friendly. We had two rooms (2 adults and 2 kids), kitchenette and a huge balcony with a sea view. Great position for the city, beach and a lovely walk to Jafo. A kettle with tea, coffee and milk in the room were welcome. A free coffee machine in the lobby and free access to a computer. -

We shared a two-bedroom flat with another couple. The flat was spacious and comfortable. The relatively large west balcony had a marvelous view of the sea. The internet works fine and the kitchen has lots of space. For this location and level of comfort the price was very reasonable. Parking in front of the hotel is free but limited. Kimi Naumburg the manager is a one of a kind in terms of his genuine concern, willingness to assist way beyond that which I could ever have expected and assisted me with the satellite TV @ 20h00 in the evening even though he was supposed to finish for the day @ 18h00. He made staying here such a pleasure and assisted with caring for my luggage before and after check-in/out times.
