  Although CityNorth is out of town in Dublin terms, it is yards from the M1 motorway and therefore very convenient for North-South travellers. The car park is vast and has the advantage of being at the front of the hotel building, so arrival and departure is very smooth indeed. Reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. I had a special need ... wat mensen zeggen » for use if the business centre and when I experienced difficulty with the pay-as-you-go printer, the reception clerk kindly asked me to email the docu - I liked everything about the City North hotel. I had requested a smoking room as my husband smokes and we were upgraded to an executive suite at no extra cost as it was an available smoking room, it was just beautiful, huge, with robes, slippers, fresh fruit, sparkling water etc. We have stayed a few times on the way to or from Dublin airport but this was our 1st time to stay strictly for leisure and it will not be our last, there is a lovely walkway which will bring you to Gormanstoun Castle a
