  The best b & b we have ever stayed in. Very nice & helpful hosts. Nice room, very comfortable. Soft & large towels, modern decor. A beautiful area. A short walk to Portmagee harbor. A great place for a holiday. We enjoyed the b & b, the hosts and Valentia Iceland. Many thanks to Mary for all the tips for trips. I'm sure this is one of the best b & b in all of Ireland. - Both my wife and myself loved everything about shealane guest house. I would say it was easily the best we have stayed in. Jim and Mary ,the owners were very hospitable, the breakfasts amazing and the house itself was beautifully located. I don't think we have stayed in any hotels which could compete with the hospitality of the owners and the range and quality of the breakfasts. A big thank you to them both for a memorable trip.   The Welcome we received from Mary and James began our stay on a wonderful note. The ambiance of the lodge was so welcoming. The selection of food for breakfast catered to all taste buds and was presented immaculately. It is in a superb location. - Mary and James were the perfect hosts making every aspect of our visit stress free including arranging a baby sitter and a lovely seat at a restaurant in town. The Lodge itself is meticulously maintained and our room was perfect. Breakfast was lovely and our son loved the pancakes, home made scones were also delicious. We will be back again.

  Everything. A friend sent us, said it was one of his favorite places in the world. Now it's one of ours, too. We booked for 2 nights, and stayed for 3. Both of us felt at home from the very first. Food was wonderful, folks running the place were terrific and very helpful, other visitors were terrific and we felt like friends immediately. My ... wat mensen zeggen » husband doesn't like b and bs, but would move into this one. - Brilliant staff - Sile in particular was great and extremely helpful with tips for exploring the area and even made us feel special by offering us gourmet hot chocolate upon arrival, given as it was our 10th wedding anniversary. Brilliant location - looking out on the most amazing sea view, cliffs and unspoilt nature. We could see the sea from our bed - how more romantic can one get?

  We were only staying one night and there was a mix-up in the date, my error, but we were still kindly given a room without a problem. The room was clean and comfortable and had a beautiful view of the golf course. We were treated kindly, breakfast was excellent and we would stay here again. - Deidre is just a fantastic host!   Room 5 was spacious, very comfortable. Our hosts were very pleasant, not exceptionally outgoing, at first, he was very sincere, yet businesslike. Our host took some wet laundry and hung them to dry, a pleasant surprise. Breakfasts were good and served promptly after cooking. Bathroom was very spacious. After the first day (it had been a full house... wat mensen zeggen » and there were many guests he needed to serve) our host became more eager and more interested in being helpful with respect to our days itinerary. Th - It was about a ten minute walk from the B & B to town. The room was spotless and it was so quiet there it was amazing. Dingle was one of our favorite towns. We saw a great seisun up at a local church. St. James. They apparently do these relatively regularly. And Murphy's Ice Cream is incredible. It is made from Kerry cows, of which there are only about one thousand in the world...very creamy.

  The guest accommodations were clean, tastefully decorated and spacious. We stayed in the family room and it was the perfect getaway. The children loved playing on the beach close by, sat in the living room and played chess and even threw the baseball in the front yard area. Very comfortable, incredible view from the dining room and comfy lounge. Decent breakfast next morning, cooked to order and served promptly. Nice big mugs in the room for tea or coffee.

  Kathleen's Country House is a national treasure! My wife and I stayed there along with my son and his girlfriend. The property is exceptional, beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated. Our rooms were spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was a delight, we had a reserved window table every morning. Great breakfast menu and delicious food. From the inviting library and lounges, to her beautiful gardens (c - This is a beautiful, small guest facility (14 rooms) that has a very nice ambience. Each room is a little different, but all well thought out and decorated. The breakfast area is delightful and the service is personal. The food was both fresh and freshly prepared. The common areas are all very inviting. It is convenient to Killarney and is a wonderful base for exploring the west coast, including the Cliffs of Moher, Dingle Peninsula, and the Ring of Kerry.

  Their attention to detail was excellent. Very friendly and efficient in all areas - girls on reception/waiters, etc. Used the Spa, and it was a beautiful experience. Would do it all again! - The food is amazing, I would definatley recommend eating in the restaurant. The therapists in the spa are top class and there is a beautiful vitality suite.

  We spent 2 nights in Tralee at the Meadowlands. The location is in a quiet location just out of the town center and quite a beautiful setting. The grounds and the interior of the hotel are beautiful and relaxing. The room was spacious and comfortable and well-appointed. I would not hesitate to stay at the Meadowlands again. Great value for your money! - A 5 star hotel, superb and at an excellent price. Lives up to its description. Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful..We were welcomed both in English and in Irish which was refreshing (and it wasn’t just the cupla focal). Our every need and comfort was catered for. Room was spacious and comfortable.Food was excellent. Well done. I won't be staying anyplace else next time I'm in Tralee.
