  Very friendly staff at reception, made us feel very welcome, in fact we this was a common thing we found in Belfast. Had a meal in RGB restaurant and it was excellent. Staff here did great work despite being very busy and perhaps a little understaffed. Breakfast next morning was buffet and was excellent. Bed was high and very comfy, didn't have a problem with the pillows as stated in the previous comments. The shower was amazing and the bathroom was huge for a 3star! Excellent location, excellent hotel, well worth it, I will be back.

  The staff were always super helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much effort and they remember the small details (that you may think you need to followup on). The Suite was fabulous. Location great - not far from the center at all-walking distance. Loved the huge bed and myriad of pillows, blacked out double curtains spanning the whole wall of the Suite. You have - When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by a lovely concierge who took our bags and parked our car. He was very friendly & helpful. Reception staff were also friendly & welcoming. All staff were conscientious, great top class service! Absolutely excellent hotel and the cost is inviting on the wallet also! No hesitation to recommend The Fitzwilliam Belfast, l will defo be back!

  Grote kamer, rustig gelegen, behulpzame receptioniste - We were travelling with 3 children from 18months to 15 years all were accomodated and enjoyed their stay and we had the luxary and good food but could also relax as the staff were great and the restaurant open to children of all ages. The room, in particular the natural light, was great. the room was modern with walk in wardrobe with vanity dresser and the bed linen was so soft such a comfortable bed brillant nights sleep.
