The hotel is nice, comfortable and in a great location. You can reach easily the town center in 15 mins walk. In less than 5 mins walk you arrive to Hueston station, where there is a link with the airport (usually a bus every 15 minutes). Conveniently located across from Heuston Station, but also in-between Phoenix Park and the terrific National Museum of History and Design, and right down the street from Smithfield and the Guinness Brewery. Mark and co. were accommodating hosts, quickly resolving a cold shower issue and allowing me to store baggage after I checked out.

The woman running the B 'n' B was friendly, helpful, accommodating to all our needs. My daughter and her one year old child were travelling in Ireland for 10 days. We stayed our first 2 days here. We enjoyed it so much we could have stayed here for the entire time, so we asked if she had room for us for our last 2 days when we returned to Dublin.

Bed was the comfiest i have ever slept in, pillows were fluffy. Hygiene Standards were the highest i have seen.
Room was decorated to a high standard and was well equiped.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was gorgeous, it was clear that the food provided was of a high standard and after some discussion with staff member it was clear that alot of thought went into quality and taste, yummy and there was plenty of it too.
Handy situated for Hueston station and the Lues

Bernadette and Padraigh are the best hosts in the Dublin area. We considered that the location (halfway between the airport and downtown - 10 minute trip) was perfect. This adorable place was so nice, clean and comfortable. The owners were just a delight. Our room was wonderful and comfortable. Location was perfect just outside of town about a few miles and easy access to the bus system into town center. Breakfast was amazingly great and filling!! I would recommend to everyone to stay here if you want a quieter setting but still be very close to town center. Also they have a beautiful outside garden area and the flowers are just beautiful.
