villas is small and nice, good for sleeping with good enough entertain facilities, such as home theater, LCD TV. Budget stay. the villas should be better maintenance, one of door handle was broken and also hot water facilities not convenience, slow water flow. Bed size is small. 1. No fan or air-cond provided. 2. No water heater 3. TV not provided 4. Cockroaches, mosquitoes and termites EVERYWHERE. 5. No mosquito net provided. We could not take bath as no water heater and could not sleep as cockroaches and mosquitoes everythere with no fan/aircond provided. Cleanliness - super lousy and not worth for stay. I will not recommend to my friends.
