The location is superb, the ambience so romantic, the service is top-notch, the food is great (the chef sent us complimentary dishes that were just delicious!), the views from our room (upgraded to a lake view) were incredible... We travel a lot all over the world, but it will be very hard to top the Taj Lake Palace hotel!! We celebrated our wedding anniversary during our stay and the hotel couldn't do enough for us. It was the most romantic experience and we wished we could have stayed longer. Spa treatments were excellent, the food delicious and our delightful waitress, Rose made it very special. Altogether sheer perfection.

  We stayed in the Jai Mahal for 2 nights in late September and were upgraded to one of their best suites - the Gangaur. It was simply wonderful and we also enjoyed the choice of two terraces overlooking the grounds, the pool and the excellent service in the restaurants.
