Everything, the staff on the desk, housekeeping, the restaurant staff and food choice. all extremely good. We were on a letsbookhotel.com offer so a bit biased on value for money, but would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone. Roof top bar lovely. -

I really appreciated the helpfulness of the owner and staff. Also they thoughtfully provided a small room for us to refresh ourselves for we had arrived three hours too early.

The hotel Manager is a really nice person always up for a chat, he clearly loves Pondy, and goes the extra mile to make sure you have the information to make your trip work. A quite city break with travel help and options to take time at a village with paddy fields. Very clean.

husband. I booked it after I saw all the amazing reviews that I read but
we were disappointed once we got there. Well, to be fair, the place is
not bad at all. Rooms are clean, the décor is decent and the service is
good but I didn’t think it was worth the 5600 Rs we spent for one

I travelled with my elderly parents and we all enjoyed our stay immensely. The hotels ambiance was lovely and it was immaculately clean. Our room, which was a suite was huge and comfortable in all ways, the bathroom was also huge and had the best fittings and amenities. The food is very special and the staff our all very polite and helpful. I want to say a special thanks for bringing me medicine on my last morning there and not even accepting any payment for the same. Thanks for a very special
