  The rooms were clean and comfortable. They changed the linen daily if I asked. The food was good, but the restaurant service was slow. The treatment was very good, and the therapists were very attentive and caring. The location was good close to the beaches. This is a small resort, and it's easy to get to know everyone there. The beach was nice for sunbathing, but the waters were rough. - Great location - far from crowded places as Kovalam. Great stuff - warm and helpful.

  What's not to like?? Right from Day One, my husband and I were treated better than our expectations. With warm and friendly smiles from all the staff at all times, they were always willing to help us to the best of their abilities and make our stay as comfortable as possible. Ideally situated right on Kovalam Beach, we were a stone's throw away from enjoying sunsets on the famous Hawa B - I love the staff, so kind and quite funny once you get to know them. Were talkative people and like to crack a joke and we found that there we could be ourselves and the staff just thought we were funny. Cleaning staff super helpful and kind, even helped us put on our saris. Wait/restaurant staff are perfect, helpful with the area and well mannered.

  The sea views from our room was beyond imagination, especially early in the morning with chirping sound of the birds. The staff were very courteous and hospitality was excellent. The rooftop restaurant needs addition mention in terms of its location service and the local dish ordered was very well-prepared. Comment : Wifi in every room needs to be made available - i stayed in hill and sea vie for 2 days. in short words its a little piece of paradise. the ambience created by the soothing wind, splendid sunset from balcony, view of sea from balcony. i recommend hill and sea view as a vacation spot to all those who visit kovalam. u can enjoy keralas real splendour here
