  The staff were flawless in their service - extremely helpful. We were offered a late checkout as our flight was at 1.30am. They also took care of our luggage and organised a taxi. We extended our stay and they offered the same rate as when we first booked. All the staff that we spoke to seemed genuinely concerned about whether or not we were enjoying our stay.
