We both liked the comfort of the room; it wasn't too pokey and had
aircon and a fan, so we slept very well in the 38 c heat we encountered
while in Amritsar!
The breakfast was small but tasty; the lassi was particularly good. We got fresh towels and complimentary soft drinks and snacks delivered to our room daily by the ever friendly staff.

firstly when i book online letsbookhotel.com, i just want to confirm about booking when i called them not good respond, really very disappointed what of they answer over phone. but when i arrived really very impressed by they well coming us, room service really very good, very friendly staff really very nice, very clean, i feel i stay in like 5star hotel, over all all we are happy to go if we travel again to Amritsar.

1) Location is good, staff is excellent, food is delicious.
2) Saw the owner couple of times to give random checks on food, service.. now never seen that happening. Pretty good guy.
3) Room service is 24 hours.
4) Staff was gentle, kind, helpful and intelligent.
5) Surely will recommend for family with young kids
6) Hospital and clinic is opposite - affordable and good doctors.
7) Small grocery nearby, but its pretty small
8) The decor is good, each and every thing is given detailed attention.
