  The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. We asked if we could take a baby high chair into our apartment and they allowed us to take one from the breakfast buffet restaurant. Tjhe apartment was cleaned, bathroom amenities and even washing detegrant provided on a daily basis. The service is excellent and worth of 5 stars. We defenitel... wat mensen zeggen » y recommend Boscolo residence for families with small kids willing to stay in the heart of Budapest. - We had a large apartment that was immaculate. The staff was very friendly and helpful for all our needs. We didn't bother with the breakfast because there are plenty of local bakeries and Boscolo provides free coffee 24 hours. Location was great - access to all forms of local transportation - best bet is to buy 3 day pass at the airport as Budapest is pretty spread out.

  We upgraded to an executive room and it was lovely. Absolutely the best hotel bed I have ever slept in. We had a magnificent view over the Danube and the breakfast and evening facilities in the executive lounge were second to none. The hotel has everything a weary traveller could possibly want and its in a wonderful location. All the staff were fr... wat mensen zeggen » iendly and helpful. We had a lovely meal in Peppers restaurant and they had a very talented singer and piano player to entertain us. It was our first - This hotel provides good service at decent prices. We booked two executive rooms, which while relatively compact, provided all we needed. We arrived early, before our rooms were ready, but with our (discounted) exec rooms we spent some time on the excellent executive terrace & lounge, with free drinks and a great view of the river. This ia more of a big business hotel of course, but for us it was a usefull one-night stop on our Road Trip. Breakfast (also in the exec lounge) was quite good.

That's an upgrade from a 200 euro room to a 500 euro room. I give it an A+ on all counts. Excellent - We liked everything. A true 5 star experience.   Ik was de gast van de dag en kreeg een prachtige suite met alles er op en er aan ook alle exstra's in het hotel waren gratis toegangkelijk voor mij dus een en al loof - Prima service en et gebruik van de executive louche is fantastisch
