  I loved the view from my habourview room, from the Sky Lounge and the rooftop pool terrace! The hotel really has a perfect location. I also liked the room itself which was very big, clean and nice. I also appreciated the friendlyness and good English of the staff and the quick check-in and check-out. All in all, I enjoyed my stay very much. - Ver... wat mensen zeggen » y friendly, helpful staff, esspecially Kathy on the Towers reception, she was marvellous in our connecting flights. Breakfast was superb, plenty of options, on level 18. View was to die for, our room had beautiful harbour views, and meal in restaurant was very good, staff helpfull.   Nothing was too much trouble for the excellent Staff. Reception desk and Concierge particularly helpful. Telephoned on our behalf for restaurant bookings etc. Great location just 5 mins walk from Star ferry Kowloon side, Nathan Road and Canton Road shops. Within Ocean Shopping mall. Breakfast buffet also excellent. Very strongly recommended - The hotel is in a very good location with easy access to Harbour City/Ocean Terminal, and it is not far from the MRT station. The rooms are nice, and the beds are big and comfortable, with lots of pillows. Connecting rooms were provided as we had requested. Moreover, all five of our reservations were upgraded. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They provide great service, especially Victor at the Front Desk. The breakfast buffet is also good.

  The quality and price are well balanced. I really appreciate breakfast - it is not ostentatious but very adequate and relaxed atmosphere. Your staff (especially Elsie) had excellent social skills. I would recommend this hotel and return for further visits. Being able to sit quietly in the function room is a real bonus.
