The whole trip was just lovely and I wouldn't have changed a thing. My previously holiday-shy boyfriend loved everything about the holiday and especially the restaurant (Corinne Star) in the grounds of the hotel. It was the best of the restaurants we tried in both Kalamaki and Chania. The staff were very hard-working, warm and helpful. The beachside setting was beautiful, westward facing so you can enjoy the sunset while eating dinner at the poolside. Really hoping we can come back soon :)

The location is good, close to the sea and downtown where there are restaurants and little shops. We received a nice big room with kitchen and balcony. The staff (Polish lady) was very nice and friendly. The breakfast provided in the restaurant nearby (The cellar restaurant) was very good, we also took dinner there and it was excellent, with reasonable prices and very friendly owner.

Evilion is an excellent hotel and the price of the rooms is great. It is around 50 metres from a very beautiful beach in Kato Stalos with a view to a small island called "Thodorou". The owner and the staff are very friendly and you can feel the real Cretan hospitality. It has also a convenient location because it's between the city of Chania and Platanias. Places where you should visit them both. The rooms are quite big, very comfortable and daily cleaned. It also has a very good snack bar next
