  Wonderful hotel! Kavos is in a fantastic location -- it overlooks the port of Patitiri and is a 5 minute walk to the town centre. We felt very lucky to have booked a hotel in such a convenient location since we had friends staying in other hotels that were much more of a hike to the centre. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. It is basic in... wat mensen zeggen » the way that Greek budget hotels are basic, but it is nice. It is worth it to spend the extra money on a view room since the port is spectacular, esp - The hotel is situated at the best possible location. It is on a hill right next to the sea and practically next to the port. The view from the balcony is splendid. The rooms are clean and there is nothing that you can really complain about.

  We enjoyed a fabulous few days here in June 2014 and extended our stay. This is a very peaceful location that is well run and well maintained. The welcome and hospitality was exceptional. Having the beaches so handy was a bonus for the area and the owners could not do more for us. Highly recommended for a relaxing break to feed the soul.

The whole atmosphere is relaxing. The owner tried to help us as much as she could.

  The hotel was excellently located near Volos harbour, as we needed to catch a ferry very early the next morning. The staff were extremely helpful and polite, providing us with all the necessary information and also checking that we had woken up the next morning. The room was quiet and comfortable.
