  We stayed 7 nights in Ilaeira in July 2013. We had already experienced Peloponnesos by the sea, and now it was the time to experience something different. Our stay exceeded all expectations! If you are looking for a quiet place to relax and read books, to enjoy the nature, to do some sports, to enjoy good food and excellent accommodation, this is... wat mensen zeggen » the place for you. And not to forget all the interesting historical sights, to which you can do day-trips. The most interesting for us were Mystra, A - Beautiful room in a stunning village. Spotlessly clean, excellent beds and very good shower. Absolutely marvelous breakfast cooked by the owners each day. It is worth staying just for the delicious breakfast, our best yet in Greece. Very friendly owners who gave us advice on what to do in the area. Boutique accommodation. A wonderful place to stay.

  Heleni apartments is offering so much more than what one would expect from a regular hotel: The rooms are perfectly clean, very nicely equipped and perfectly furnished, so you feel at home from the very first moment. Breakfast is served outside (there is a roofed area also available) offering homemade marmalade and jam beside - We were greeted on arrival by the owner Stefanous as honoured guests and he took great care of us for the short visit. The rooms are spacious clean and private and comfortable. The pebble beach that is a 5 minute walk away is a must see with a stunning panoramic view of the bay.

After reading a previous review that the accommodation was up a hill I was apprehensive however we couldn't have been more pleased. Very clean, quiet and well designed the pool area was fabulous, the owners some of the nicest people we have ever met, and the beach less than a 4 min walk away even for a 4 year old. The poo - Yianni & Dimitris are the best hosts you could ever wish to meet .We were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Nothing was to much trouble . The quality ( and quantity ) of Dimitris food would be difficult to beat anywhere and with the great food and relaxed atmosphere dining was always a pleasure.   The lady who runs it with her daughters is lovely, friendly and happy, always smiling. The service is really first class - and for the money it's amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. Beautiful views and yards from the sea. Lovely terrace overlooking the bay. Highly recommended! - It was a nice location, perfect to rest. Very nice people.
