  Our experience at the Grand Nefeli was wonderful! The hotel itself is beautiful and very welcoming. The location is ideal with easy access to spectacular beaches like Porto Katsiki. The owners are warm and gracious. The lovely Mrs. Anna and her delightful son Theodore made us feel like part of their family.   Beautiful surroundings and hotel. Friendly staff. Good spacious rooms. Fantastic island to explore using car, bike or boat....a must! So many good views, good tavernas, shops and lovely people. Very handy to have regular hotel minibus trips down to port. Attended a family wedding and couldn't imagine a better place.   The design of the hotel is it's best feature. The position is great too. The best use has been made of both features. We had 2 weeks there and loved every minute. The pools, the sea the nearby beach etc etc. Loved our massages with Sortoris ( several ) he is a genius ( he helped fix a sore knee ) and took 2 boat trips with Captain Theodore to Itha... wat mensen zeggen » ca and Scorpios. Both terrific. The staff are great from reception to room cleaning. Thank you Andreas, Felix and sister Maria. We were looked after l - The hotel was fantastic. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome. Our room was upgraded to a suite which came with a pool. It was perfect. Breakfast was delicious and the views were to die for. I can't fault it!

  The stuff was always friendly and ready to help you at all times. The food presented was of good quality and tasty. Despite the location both beaches were relaxing and romantic. One of the good things (for me personaly) was the total absence of any mosquitos.

  The resort has a great location away from town, with a great beach with crystal-clear water. The design is very attractive, with lots of great views, and the housekeeping is immaculate. Staff were very professional and polite. I came back with friends after a great solo visit first time, and it fully lived up to my expectations.   Seaview rooms have amazing views and are very spacious, but just a slightly dated feel about it. I've got to give credit to the staff here - they are always tentative and helpful. We stayed on half-board and I am usually a fussy eater but found there was plenty of options that I could eat and enjoy.
