  We highly recommand this appartment when you want to stay in Kardamena. It's in a nice quite neighbourhood but not far from the shops. The owner Felipe and his wife Anna give you the feeling that you're welcome. The building is more then 20 years old but looks like new and has a nice garden with beautiful flowers. There are a lot of people they're coming back, year after year because price - Location is brilliant. Our room had 2 balconies with side sea view. Not far from bars & restaurants but peaceful at night. Rooms were spotless with maid service almost every day. Philippos the owner is a lovely man. He is very friendly & will go out of his way to help you. Lovely pool area with loads of sunbeds although we did not spend much time there as we prefer the beach. Breakfast buffet is good (a.o. daily fresh orange juice!), the room was spacious, the mattress very good, the jacuzzi fine. The personnel and management are very helpful and have a very customer-oriented attitude.   The staff was outstanding! The bartender, the restaurant staff, the receptionists, the snack bar staff, the management and owners--all friendly and accomodating. The location is only 30 meters from the beach, although it would have been nice to have a sunbed & umbrella included. Very quiet and a good place to relax by the nice pool. Although i - Staff people is the strongest point. They are really open and charming people, not to mention helpfullness and dedication to their job.
