  Greeting with welcome drinks at the reception was very nice. Free Spa and minibar offer were also kind. We had boiler, coffee, tea, water, fruit juice and one big bottle of wine in minibar and all those were free. The rooms were really big, clean and comfortable. The scene from the balcony was amazing. The hotel was really a lux - We stayed here for 13 days in an "Executive Room" (from 5 till 18 May 2013) and were very satisfied with the "value for money". Breakfast buffet is good (a.o. daily fresh orange juice!), the room was spacious, the mattress very good, the jacuzzi fine. The personnel and management are very helpful and have a very customer-oriented attitude. E.g. one day we had no hot water in the afternoon, because part of the water heating installation had not been put on. As it took 3 hours to solve this, we w

  The staff was outstanding! The bartender, the restaurant staff, the receptionists, the snack bar staff, the management and owners--all friendly and accomodating. The location is only 30 meters from the beach, although it would have been nice to have a sunbed & umbrella included. Very quiet and a good place to relax by the nice pool. Although i - Staff people is the strongest point. They are really open and charming people, not to mention helpfullness and dedication to their job. Hotel manager, dining room chief with his wonderfull team, bartender of lobby bar and snack bar people made our stay in this hotel as just as perfect. Although hotel is located quite away of any public activities such as historical sites or night life, its position to the beautiful sea with nice beach (just 100 meters away) is perfect.
