The staff could not do enough for us. They picked us up from airport and took us to the port for a ferry crossing. I cannot praise them enough. tHe hotel is in a fab location with wonderful views across Ornos bay and towards mykonos town

The staff were awesome. So helpful and friendly. The pool/bar area were beautiful and were so relaxing! The breakfast was buffet style and was a little different each morning. It was great. We had dinner at the restaurant one night and that was great as well. The location isn't great if you want to be able to walk into town (definitely too far), but if you're looking for some peace and quiet it is perfect. The hotel has great service with excellent staff, they made us feel like home. Any request was always taken seriously and actioned.
Our package was with a transfer, but due to some communication gap, we paid the limo. The lady at the reception next day asked us what we had paid, and without even our asking, she handed the cash back to us.
On departure, they arranged breakfast early at 6.30am, since we had an early flight.

The hotel was located right by the beach (you couldn't really get much closer!).

The staff are lovely and helpful. As an example; my arrival was delayed due to an Athens international flight controllers strike, so I could arrive until the next day. However the staff changed my reservation without charge. Unfortunately Blue Star Ferries took my money and were not understanding at all.

Staff gave us a very warm welcome and made us so comfortable, they were always very helpfull. Location of hotel is amazing, with a beautiful view. Breakfast served was the best we got in greece.
