  We have stayed in Skala many times in various apartments & this has to be one of the nicest accommodations that we have had so far. Although looking somewhat different from its header photo (we initially thought that maybe we'd got the wrong place), these apartments are so much better than the actual outside would suggest.   What a superb hotel to stay in. We booked it on a fly but absolutely no regrets - we arrived very late in the night and Voula (really wonderful host and owner) was waiting with a refreshing glass of juice. The hotel was very clean and room was great with amazing sea views - you will need to book the seaview room at little extra.   The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. The apartments are right on the beach and very close to Katelios so we enjoyed a romantic walk along the beach to enjoy dinner at one of the lovely tavernas in town. It sits atop a small hill which gives a wonderful view of the sea from your balcony but some may find it a bit isolated, tho only 10 mins walk in to town.
