Very attractive hotel/apartment block located midway between town and the beach, so quiet and yet convenient. Nice pool (though surprisingly cold after a long, hot summer) and outdoor breakfast/lunch area. Staff very friendly and helpful - they even upgraded us to a 2 bed apartment overlooking the pool at no extra cost - because it was available!

Socrates is a lovely hotel. Very friendly owners, Eva and George.
Absolutely perfect pool area, with comfortable sunbeds and a wonderful
garden. We got clean towels every day and the room was perfectly
cleaned. It was about 200 m to the bus stop (32) to Hersonissos and to
the beach 200-250 M. The hotel is perfectly situated in the countryside
quiet yet central. I would definitely go back. And the transfer service

The hotel is nested in wonderful garden. Do not hesitate to choose the rooms with small garden in front, it is perfect for kids. Hotel provides enjoyable food in all inclusive programs only but even after ten days there was still chance to discover new tastes. I would definitely recommend hotel for families with small kids. Alles was prima,vriendelijke ontvangst,prima ligging,kortom een aanrader voor iedereen! Rustig gelegen en dichtbij strand en restaurants. Zowel geschikt voor familie's met kinderen als voor de iets oudere vakantieganger.Als we terug naar Stalis gaan in de toekomst,kiezen we zeker terug voor Sunshine studio's. We are just back from a fantastic stay at Parthenis Beach. We booked into stay for an extra 2 nights it was so wonderful. The setting is amazing right overlooking a stunning beach with beautiful clear blue waters and those sun beds are just so comfy. Breakfast was yum and Eleni and her staff looked after us and our kids all so well. Thanks Ros

The hotel's area is very large so we didn't notice there many people until we went to walk all over the resort.
The location is great. on the main street of malia and about 300 meters from the nearby bus station. -
