  This is a hotel for the no-nonsense traveler that wants to spend his time visiting the wonders of Athens. Location is one of the best in Athens for visiting everything Staff is very nice and helpful, 24h/day. They even help to store our luggage even when we return from the islands and we had a day full left before the return flight in the evening... wat mensen zeggen » . The facilities are older but you can see the stuff does the best to keep it clean. Breakfast was good plentiful. We had a nice balcony to the typica - It is a really nice place for travellers ,the persons there are really quite nice and high english abilities, they will give you a lot of helps in all you want,own terriece is really cool made you feeling like in your own home. Mini eleventor is quite qute.which could give you more fine.

  The location of Athos Hotel is perfect. We took the metro from the airport to Syntagma Square, then walked only about three blocks to the hotel. It's close to restaurants, sights and shopping, but on a quieter side street. A big plus was the super-friendly restaurant right across the street, where I could get a half carafe of wine to take to the h... wat mensen zeggen » otel's roof patio and have a drink while looking out at the acropolis. - The Athos is located within walking distance of the Plaka area and the Acropolis as well as the Temple of Zeus and Hadrian's Arch...we are walkers but this is easy walking. If you can get a room on the 4th floor you can get a spectacular view of the Parthenon from your window. Either way the view from the roof is just as beautiful.. The shopping streets are close by too, as well as lots of good eating options.

  The Central Hotel is very well situated in Athens in the Plaka, with a view of the Acropolis from our room, but also within a few short blocks of the main Athens shopping districts. It is about 2 blocks away from major public transportation (which is worth trying as the subways have become museums in their own right due to excavation finds in rec... wat mensen zeggen » ent years). Strolling through the plaka and vendor stalls, you will find yourself next to the ancient agora on one side and rows of tony restaurants - Location: The location is great, just a few blocks from the Syntagma Square and in walking distance to the main attractions. We took x95 from the airport but it stopped pretty far from the square and we walked about 1.5km with 4 luggages! I would recommend taking a metro or ask hotel to book a transfer: €40 one way. Staff: very friendly and helpful. We flew to Santorini after check-out and we could stored the luggages at the hotel for 2 days. Clean. It has free wifi and a roof top bar with a go

It's easy to get to the hotel from the airport - you just need to get X95 bus and get the latest station, whole jorney will take about 45 minutes and 5 euro. I didn't like breakfast, but my husband and farther liked it very much - in any case it's not bad to have a - The location of this hotel is perfect - easy walk from train station with suitcases; walking distance to many historic sites that we wanted to visit and plenty of restaurants for meals very close. Breakfast room with the view was not exaggerated, it is awesome. Perfect, and we had great weather so were able to sit outside. The bathroom is probably the smallest I have ever stayed...hard to shave because of the closeness of everything but it just added to the charm. Free wireless worked great als
