The hotel is extremely clean, very well decorated, with great location and wonderfull owners. Chrysoula's home made pies at breakfast were phenomenal.
At her place we were treated as family not as clients. Me and my husband were backpacking through Greece for a week and by the time we got to Ioannina we really needed to get our laundry done. The owners are wonderful, very helpful people who treat you like family. Room was quite comfortable. Breakfast was delightful, with Mrs. Chrysoula making most of it herself! I would happily go back for another visit.

The owner lady was nice and willingful to help. Even if we arrived earlier for the check-in, she was kind enough so that in one hour everything was ready for us.The breakfast was rather light, though, but some of it was cooked by the lady itself.
Location isn't very attractive. Perama is a rather ugly suburb of Ioannina. It's very near by car though, so it's not too bad if you have a rental.
Wifi signal a little weak.
The owner lady did not know English very well. She could give us clear instructions on how to get to some places.
Poor breakfast.
