  staff was very helpful, they have replied and adviced my e-mail regarding the transportation to Florina. I was an alone lady but felt safe in the hotel. It is a new hotel, very clean.   From the minute we walked into the hotel we were greeted with smiles. Georgia, her family and staff were extremely helpful. They went out of their way to help us - even driving us to a car rental company so we could hire a car during our stay. Private parking nearby, however, we left the car just opposite to the hotel on the street. WiFi was also working very well.
