  Roz and her staff are great! Very gentle, comprehensive and available! Gave us good instructions to arrive everywhere in Mykonos without getting lost! They suggested us a few restaurants that resulted amazing! The Hotel is perfect with a complete breakfast full of variety, and after so many trips I know that's not easy to find. The location was great (centrally located, very close to town and the bus station), and the complimentary breakfast was actually really nice compared to a lot of hotels. The inhouse spa service was lovely, it was one of the best massages I've ever had. Would highly recommend staying here.

Recomendations given by hotel staff was also very helpful and made our stay more pleasurable.   We were picked up from the airport by Giorgos who was friendly and also dropped us at the port when we needed to catch the ferry. Artemoula was lovely and again very helpful. I would tell anyone going to Mykonos that this is the only place to stay at. The staff was friendly and helpful. The facilities are well maintained and clean. The a/c was the best we had in Greece!   This was my fourth visit to Mykonos, third in this hotel. I've stayed in all 3 hotel buildings. The restaurant Bonatsa hotel building has the most beautiful views of the bay. The main building is located right on the beach. You can easily travel every where on the island; the bus station to the town centre is located at the entrance of the hotel and the boat taxis to the famous beaches are right around the corner. The stuff, especially at the lobby, are extremely nice and very helpful. The views from the pool and sea view guest rooms were amazing and worth the extra cost for a sea view! The location was great for those that want to be near the parties but want a bit of quiet too!
