The staff/family were really friendly and went out of their way to help us. They offered us many things which you would never hope to receive at a standard hotel. They picked us up at the ferry, although this is not a service they offer, and they offered to drive us to town whenever we wanted (as neither myself nor my wife drive) - again this is not a service that they offer and was done out of kindness and probably due to the fact that my wife is pregnant.
