The room was clean and bright and was plenty big (European wise). They added a 3rd rollaway bed at a very reasonable price.The restaurant and breakfast was great and lively. The location was perfect just one block from the lake.

One of the staff (receptionist who also worked in the restaurant) was very unfriendly and unwelcoming, on our day of arrival as well as at breakfast.
Internet did not work...
The customer service was poor. I would not be considering staying in
this hotel, if I was to return to the area.
No really geared up for English tourists. Parking instructions were in German leading to a bit of confusion.
