  We had a very clean, comfortable room overlooking the street on the first floor. The custom built furnishings were very nice, as was the walk in shower. Very comfortable bed. The windows are easy to open and had blackout curtains. The staff was incredibly gracious and helpful and the additional breakfast was well worth the price and had lots of va... wat mensen zeggen » riety and nice touches (organic eggs from "happy chickens"). The location is great and lets you pop back to your room for a break during sightseeing. - Liz from KL summed it up well. We had the top floor room which is split over two levels, and fro the top level we could see the Dom. Very convenient location, close to railway station and there is a suburban line almost right underneath the hotel now, so convenient to arrive into the city by train. Breakfast was outstanding, with local gourmet ingredients. Great staff. Quiet location too, set on a quiet back street just outside the central part of town. Highly recommend this place.

  Hotel Destination 21 was exactly what we had in mind when I went to the web to find a place to end two weeks of blissful train, plane, and cruise travel from Nashville, tn to Dusseldorf, Brussels, Italy, and Greece. We wanted sparkling white linens, feather type pillows and blankets and we were delighted to find those and very modern bathroom fixtur - Personnel friendliness and real customer service. Eventhough did not use Minibar but beverages and snacks were free of charge. This is very important either if you arrive late in evening and want to have some refreshments. Or just want to work with small snack and beverages at your disposal with ripping off prices at most hotels.

The room is big and really cozy, you can see it has an ancient luxury maison style but newly renovated. Breakfast has various choices and coffee are good. We love a lot when we stayed in this hotel. Next time we will - I am a big fan of family run properties due to the personalised level of service. This was no exception, with wonderful staff who spared no resource making me feel welcome. The villa is decorated so tastefully with antiques everywhere, and the Christmas decorations were the best! I highly recommend during a visit around Christmas for an authentic German experience. Breakfast is delicious and very high quality. Secure property that also takes pride in conserving energy. Lovely!

  The pastoral setting was lovely, amid the quiet, German, countryside near the small town of Weeze. We were warmly greeted by the owners, Patricia and Fritz, at our late night arrival. Fritz delivered fine German beer to our room to begin our stay. We enjoyed staying in the East Asia room in the house and an excellent breakfast in the castle. Good location: quiet area, walking distance to village center, close to Weeze Airport. Free car parking was offered during our trip abroad.   What a great place to stay! Right in the City centre & a great location. Opposite a lovely church with everything on your doorstep. There is also a small supermarket (go out the door, turn right, right again & further down on the left). I was working in Bielefeld for 2 weeks & would highly recommend this as a place to stay. I stayed in one of the larger apartments (301) which was at the front of the buildin - It was a modern room with fresh new facilities. Very nice bed and bathroom. we had safe and cheap parking and it was literally in the door step on endless streets of cafe's, bars and shops. in such a beautiful area. we stayed there to attend the tennis in Halle and this was only a 30min drive away. The train station is very close too.

  Well having spent two nights in this hotel, one on the Saturday going to Berlin and one on the Friday coming home, all I can say is 'WOW". I thought that it would have been very difficult to improve on my first visit to this lovely hotel. But it was indeed better. But also, I made a comment about not having coffee in our room on our first visit. And sure enough, there was a brand sp - We loved Hotel Landhaud Knappmann. The hotel and staff was excellent. We traveled with our 11 month old son and they were very accommodating. The breakfast that is included with your room is something to see. The restaurant attached to the hotel is wonderful was well, there was no need for us to leave the hotel to find a place to eat. The hotel is wonderfully located down the street from a grocery store, bakery, And atm.
