  Stayed in Berlin for Depeche Mode at O2 World, so location was excellent, about 10 mins walk away. Also close-by are very good transport links.   Great location, beautiful apartment in a modern boutique design. The pictures don't do the apartment justice as it a lot bigger and better looking in real life. The girl that greeted us was extremely friendly and went out of her way to make sure we had all the information we needed to make our stay as enjoyable as possible in Berlin. The apartment is amazing! 2 large bedrooms, a really nice living room and a fully equipped kitchen! It was very clean and comfortable.   The staff was very nice and very helpful. The hotel was located outside the centre, but we could get everywhere by u-bahn or s-bahn.   Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Great breakfast with fresh ground coffee. The hotel is inside a courtyard so no noisy traffic. The rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious. Lots of guide book(s) recommended good eating and interesting shopping places just 400 metres away, along the same street, around Boxhagner Plaz. Good quality cycle hire; a safe, comfortable and easy way - When we arrived, the hotel didn`t know about our booking. It wasn`t fully booked fortunately, so we had got an apartment much bigger than a double room we have booked and at the same price. The room was very clean and nicely furnished. The breakfast in the morning was excellent. The hotel is quite close to U-bahn station and there are many restaurants nearby with a variety of food.

  The Staff was extremely helpful, and assisted in arranging transportation and provided much great information about Berlin. Their help really allowed us to maximize our limited time there. The hotel is just a 12-15 minute walk from the O2 center, which was our reason for being there - a super +. The staff were fantastic....when we arrived we found that there was a mix up with our reservation. We had been allocated a 2 person room instead of a 4 person apartment. It was quickly sorted out with some swaps. The apartment was fantastic, the WiFi was very solid and the location perfect.
