I was in a 6 bed room. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shared bathroom had 3 showers and the water was hot which I liked the most. The hostel was convenient to the west city center. There's a underground station next to it. The stuff were all very friendly and very helpful. They introduced the whole city to us and marked the popular places to go on the map for us, saved us lots of time. Love this....

Good localization (near Potsdamer Platz) from what you can start you walk tour.
Hostel have their own bikes, which is very convenient (you don't need to search for bike rent) and a must if you want to see a lot in a city. Good and secured parking place (I traveled by car) right behind the hostel.

Goede nette basic hotelkamer en goed ontbijt voor weinig geld. Het hotel biedt qua service extra's zoals de verhuur van fietsen e.d. en het personeel is zeer vriendelijk. - Centrale ligging, de rust en het flesje wijn vond ik prima! Ontbijt was voldoende!

to help point you to find anything your after, well they try their best
will only what they know of the city, open 24hrs, in the two nights
there I never saw the saw staff, so they have a lot of worker and they
all speak some English plus I think most know a few more which is
helpful, a bottle of coke was €2, far less then the city, I would use
them again

closest metro station - actually transportation in Berlin can never be
a problem. The staff is really helpful about whatever you ask for.
Toilets and showers are usually clean. Dorm rooms are cleaned

So easy to get to tegel airport. Woman at counter was very nice. Accommodation was ideal for what I needed: place to crash on overnight layover. Clean single room (note that bathroom was shared with neighboring room, but there's a lock on it) with ample outlets and a small table with chair.
