  i like everything about it. I arrived there after I booked single room with a shared bathroom but they gave me one double decker room with a shower in it. The staffs are so nice, friendly and most of it, very helpful. I have a lot questions and they attend to all informatively. Location-wise, very near to christmas market! - The hostel is situated in the city center. There is a shopping center and mall closely. Public transport is also available. Clean and bright rooms. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast.

  Dicht in het centrum - Het hotel ligt midden in het centrum. Je kan tegen betaling prima parkeren in de achtergelegen parkeergarage. Deze is niet van Mercure maar staat wel in verbinding met het hotel. Binnen een paar minuten sta je op de kerstmarkt en in de drukke winkelstraat van Dortmund. De kamer was netjes en de bedden sliepen heel goed.

  The most accommodating owner - he worked with us over and over as our plans changed again and again and tried his absolute best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. This is the BEST location in Dortmund - you are in the center of all the action and it is wonderful to step out and see all the people. But there is ample food every where you go - try the C - Location is perfect - in the centre of Dortmund (very close to Reinoldi kirche and all sightseeing objects), less than 10 min from railway station. Very hospital owner. Big clean room with a lot of good things: refregirator, microwave, coffe machine and so on.

  Reception staff was friendly and helpful. They always smiled and welcomed us with any kind of information. Our room was at the third floor and it was very clean and furnished of everything you need to bathe. The girl in the breakfast room was really friendly and the breakfast was good-served. I will surely come back if I ever come back to Dortmund... wat mensen zeggen » for a football match - The hotel is classy, stylish and professional. It's a great location too as it is only a minute or two's walk to the shops and about a 5 minute walk to the square where the good pubs are. The staff are very nice and one of the breakfast staff is extremely gorgeous. - Staff was excellent (guy in Reception was very helpful!), the rooms are really nice, the Internet is very fast, the Hotel is very cosy and modern. The size of the rooms and bathroom is very good! We where very surprised with this hotel, will certainly come back! :)

  Very nice and helpfull staff. My bike was also very welcome en got a safe place in the hotel. Clean and quiet hotel right in the centre of Dortmund. - location, very close to the train station; Staff was friendly and helpful though speak no perfect English
