Apartment was clean with good facilities we didn't use the kitchenette but it looked really well equipped.   My flight was delayed, so I got to Munich after midnight and was concerned to be confronted with locked doors at Hotel Achterbahn. Fortunately, there was a phone number for a staff member. I obviously woke up Ramona when I called her on her at home, but she stayed very friendly and provided the code numbers for the front door.
