The location is superb, 5 minutes from Ebeswalder and Prenzlauerallee statons, 4 minutes from the M1 and M10 trams. Loads of excellent bars, cafes and supermarkets within a few minutes walk.   The apartment (Heidelberger Str. 3) was excellent. With a tram stop just around the corner travelling around Berlin was really easy and convenient. The apartment itself was really spacious and comfortable, was well-equipped and had strong, uninterrupted wi-fi service.   The staff was extremely helpful. The hotel is located very close to the city centre and right next to a tram stop. It is on the main road but inward looking so peaceful. When we complained about the room, they upgraded us to an apartment which is absolutely comfy and worth every penny. - I have been staying at the hotel for ten years.
