  I stayed here with my mother. We'll stay here again! Room: It is very nice room on the 1st floor! *Notes for Japanese people, it is on 2nd floor :-) The room is very clean and well equipped. Kitchen(with good coffee maker!) and bathroom are also good. Location: Good! Close to Tram stop(only few minutes), then you can go to downtown easy. Sh - All the rooms were spotlessly clean. Situated within easy walking distance of the tram station. Good facilities nearby. Bars, Restaurant and Supermarket. Good location for a City Trip for work or pleasure.

  I wish i could keep this place a secret. It is one of the accommodations that has impressed me with its outstanding luxury. Luckily it is one of the newest places in town. If u fancy a walk on the river or a walk to the centre then i recommend the red apartments. There was one incident when i forgot my credit cards in the apartment. Service and place is 10 out of10. - "Great apartment in excellent location” Beautiful historic building. The apartment was large and comfortable, completely renovated, all brand new, very quiet and yet with easy access to the attractive places in the city. The staffs are friendly and customer oriented. Stayed only a night but it was still a great experience and I wish I could have stayed longer, especially as The Red is right on the river Rhine.

  We adored the Helvetia Suites. Our son was on an exchange to a school in Goch. We visited for the weekend and invited 2 of his friends to join us. We had one suite and the 3 boys had another on the same floor. It was absolutely perfect. They couldn't have been more helpful. Equally on leaving the three boys left th - I'm a frequent traveler to Dusseldorf and I discovered Helvetia Suites which is just my perfect place. New designed apartments, staff very nice and friendly, very close to city centre and shopping area, definitely better than any other hotel I've been in Dusseldorf

  The staff were incredibly helpful. There was a very homely living area which was handy to relax in. If I go to Dusseldorf again, I will definitely be staying here. - Friendly helpful staff, nummy breakfasts and situation.

  This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and once is was first class. perfect location with a Christmas market outside the front door. very clean, excellent breakfast, and the staff were really helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Daniel who sorted out a little problem with the room when we arrived.
