  The owner, Armani and his wife took care of me as if I had been a member of their family. They were so kind and caring, it was incredible. I will go back next year for the Berlinale, without a doubt.   This is a pension placing in the first floor of an art nouvau building. 6-7 spacious rooms with very high ceilings and my room has also had a very nice balcony to drink a cup of tea or wine.. The location is also a good place in the city; first of all quiet, close to shoping areas, good restauranst with modarate prices and cosy places, though ... wat mensen zeggen » the attendant guy told me that it is a gay district but this dont make any problem if you are not. They have bikes for renting with good prices (3- - Firstly, after we made our reservation, the owner of the b&b gave us a detailed instructions to get to the place which I find to be of most help. We rented the apartment and although the place was a bit cramped with the sofa bed laid out, it was a very comfortable stay. The apartment was very well equipped. The beddings was very comfortable and there's even a cordless phone in the apartment and they provide sunblock lotion. The location is very convenient as it is a short walking distance t

  A very homely Guest House in the heart of Gay Berlin. Staff were friendly and aware of quiet times. Host/Owner was funny and genuinely inquisitive to improve your experience of Berlin. Property was immaculately presented throughout - every area was very clean. Guest rooms were spacious and had character.   We had a studio apartment and it worked out well. We were able to buy a few breakfast items, snacks, and beverages. Small kitchenette did not have a stove, but had a microwave and all the needed dishes and utensils. The room was cleaned every day and was spotless. We really loved the little balcony for our evening glass of vino. - Location was handy, being very near to the main train station with underground and tram and bus connections. However, it was a little too far to walk to the main attractions. The apartment was fantastic - very spacious and the beds were very comfortable - and the children loved the indoor swimming pool.
