Vanwege ligging naast het Hauptbahnhof goede en snelle verbindingen met andere delen van de stad, echter niet veel leuke restaurants of cafés op loopafstand.(Er is wel een Vapiano in het station, en die was erg oké). De kamer was erg netjes en voorzien van een goede badkamer.
De receptiemedewerkers zijn vriendelijk en zakelijk.
Het bewaren van de bagage in de bagageruimte is een sterk pluspunt: nog heerlijk de stad in als je pas laat vertrekt. De geluidsdichtheid van de kamers is erg goed, geen last van treinen en andere hotelgasten.

In feite een jeugdherberg, waar iedereen kan logeren. Aparte Douche ruimtes. Het is geen hotel, maar ruim voldoende (ook het ontbijt ) en zeer centraal gelegen. Dichtbij CS Berlijn. -
De ligging vlakbij de Hauptbahnhof is fantastisch, evenals de behulpzaamheid van het personeel.

We had a studio apartment and it worked out well. We were able to buy a few breakfast items, snacks, and beverages. Small kitchenette did not have a stove, but had a microwave and all the needed dishes and utensils. The room was cleaned every day and was spotless. Location was handy, being very near to the main train station with
underground and tram and bus connections. However, it was a little too
far to walk to the main attractions. The apartment was fantastic - very
spacious and the beds were very comfortable - and the children loved the
indoor swimming pool.

De locatie is super, veel leuke koffie tentjes, restaurantjes, barretjesen leuke winkeltjes. Echt Top! Openbaar vervoer is ook binnen een minuutte bereiken. - Ik was prettig verrast door de grootte en luxe van het appartement. Ook de locatie was super.

The staff was very friendly but some appeared a bit reserved.
The location is great, it took about 20min to walk to the central station/city (the neighborhood is also very good).
If you prefer the metro the nearest station is just down the street.

We loved its proximity to the main train station (it can be reached in around 10 min walk). However, the area in which it is located is under construction so reaching the hotel carrying luggage was quite a pain (took us 25 min). In our room we found some brochures at the back of which there were some discount coupons for Madame Tussauds and Sealife. We were happy to use them and get 2 tickets for the price of 1. Hotel was walking distance to most of the sights. Once you find the hotel it is easy to find your way back. The difficulty was by car locating the hotel and how to drive there. The entrance is not on a main road but on a tiny 1-way street that runs between 2 main roads. A friend who grew up in Berlin was driving me and we circled a few times before spotting the entrance to the hotel. I'm sure a taxi driver would have no trouble locating it. Lots of shops nearby as well as a train station.
