It was very clean, we had breakfast in the morning, very nice, sweet pink room with bathroom inside and very big shower. I honestly recomend this place to stay, what more it has perfect localisation, with shops downstairs and good restaurant nearby. An excellent place to stay. Main advantages are a great location and very friendly and helpful staff. If we come back to Kutaisi, we'll surely stay here again.

The water in the bathroom became hot only after 2-3 minutes. Was feel a little sanitation in the bathroom :). The door of the balcony wouldn't close and there was some noise coming from the AC. Noone speaks english (except owner of the Hotel). Everyday breakfast was the same. Do not recommend in the winter time due to unsealed windows. Wifi did not work inside room or really, anywhere in the hotel.. My reserved room was not available so I had to take a smaller cheaper room.. Wi-Fi didn't work, staff wasn't very helpful, didn't have much information about Kutaisi, didn't speak English or Russian. Conditions are really bad: - no heating, very cold; - it seems that building can fall down any minute; - the sockets are hanging on the wires. Old rooms without possibility to close the balcony (!), extra electric heater just if you are lucky, dirty bathroom, right next to the karaoke club - noisy at night. The stuff was quite unfriendly and the wi-fi did not work properly. We had balcony indicated in booking but still receive the room without one.
