  We used booking .com reveiws to see how good the hotels were in Val Thoren. This hotel got really good reveiws and when we arrived at the hotel it was all true. The staff very helpful and friendly , the appartment clean and comfortable and we even got a welcome pack. That somewhat mitigated our frustrations. Yes we will return as the managers Marie and Andre seem fair to us.
