  The situation where the hotel is is really great so close to the sea and it has a carparking also behind the hotel for a few cars. My father and I we had two rooms with oceanview, wonderful! The rooms where big, cleaning good each day and if you ask then it has rooms on the first or second floor like we had. The restaurant is very nice, special th... wat mensen zeggen » e veranda also with oceanview and the breakfast was really good with fresh frenchbread, fine cheese and jam, fruits and cereal too also if you want to - Very good hotel at an excellent location by a water front with an interesing history behind (one of D-Day landing beaches). Very good restaurant serving great sea food (especially fresh oysters and lobsters). The hotel building is charming, old-fashioned but rooms have everything one needs. Good price/quality ratio.

  This is our third stay at Hôtel d'Arromanches Pappagall and it gets better each time. We will be back again. My family of four booked two rooms for two nights in late February 2013. The rooms were comfortable, clean and centrally located. We were greeted warmly and the staff worked hard to please us. Visiting this hotel just for an overnight stay ... wat mensen zeggen » would be a very good idea for anyone, but you must try the food. The head chef is young, but he is oh-so-good. We've been to Europe 13 times in 14 yea - The owners were very friendly and took great care of us from the moment we walked in the door. The hotel is right at the heart of town, near the museum, beach, a great patisserie, shops and restaurants. Why go to another restaurant, though, when the best dinner we had on our trip was courtesy of the chef the inn hired for their restaurant. Chef Amaury is fantastic. The town is in a great location if you intend to go to Omaha Beach and the American Cemetery.
