After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email. - A fully refundable security deposit of 250 EUR in cash will be required upon arrival for possible damages. - Please note that bed linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own. - Bed linen is available for an additional cost of 15 EUR p.p./change. - Bath towels are available for an additional cost of 3 EUR p.p./change. - Kitchen linen is not available at the property. The guests can bring their own. - Service charge fees include water, electricity and cleaning. These fees are included in the price. - You are allowed to bring max. 2 pets/dogs with you free of charge. Pets will only be accepted if communicated before arrival. - The use of the washing machine has an additional cost of 3 EUR/wash. - The use of the tumble dryer has an additional cost of 3 EUR/wash.
