  Impressive from the outside and even better within with friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful bar / sitting area with a range of art to look at. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely en-suite. The spa facilities were spotless & there's a lovely pool area. The old city is literally on the doorstep waiting to be explored - Beautif... wat mensen zeggen » ul comfortable elegant hotel. Right in the centre of Rouen, although you wouldn't notice from inside. Great bar, especially enjoyed the artwork. Didn't use the spa facilities on this occassion so couldn't comment. Wonderful weekend in Rouen.
