  De ruimte en comfort - Ja, op één belangrijk punt na: regelmatig organiseerde men feesten en partijen rond het zwembad. Gevolg was harde muziek tot diep in de nacht! Als resort kun je dit niet maken. Het is tenslotte geen disco of nachtclub!

  The location is excellent, a five minute walk to the Old Port and Palais down through winding streets. The kitchenette is small but well supplied, the bathroom surprisingly spacious. Quiet, facing the garden. Jeremy, the manager is very nice and helpful. - Well located within walking distance from la croisette promemade.   The staff were amongst the friendliest we came along whilst travelling through France recently. The location, being only one street away from the beach was perfect and the hotel is right in the middle of an area containing the best mix of bars, cafes and restaurants on the Cote d'zur. The Nespresso machine was an unexpected bonus and a great way ... wat mensen zeggen » to start our day, sitting on the spacious terrace with a coffee. JLP was a perfect place to stay on the coast being in the middle and only a short wa - Villa d'Elsa was such a wonderful find! It was just gorgeous! The Reception staff were very helpful and attentive! The interior was so quirky and had every amenity required! It was immaculate with a beautiful bathroom and great bed! The location was awesome as well. Close to the beach and to so many great little cafes, bars and restaurants! Very Affordable and if we are lucky enough to go to Juan les Pins again it will definitely be where we stay! Thank you so much!

  Clean, airco - The apartments are in good location, not far from the sea. The kitchen is clean and comfortable for cooking , clean bedding, so all you need to stay with small family (3 people). The WiFi is working very good, surprisingly after Italy. From the balcony you can see small piece of the sea and this is quite pleasant. Oliver and his team are very professional, helpful and offer tremendous value. On-site parking is availalbe for a small fee (and presents a fun challenge getting down the driveway!).

  It is a good value for money.We drove to Manosque by car to visit provencial villages. The apartments were clean, convenient and offered a good value for money. I would recommend this place as a base to visit provence when one is driving a car AND is ready to drive at least 45 mns to visit the main touristic spots of Provence. - I loved that ther... wat mensen zeggen » e was a kitchen, that every thing was clean and the staff gentle. It's in the industral area so most of the people there are workers, but you can find tourist too. I was travelling with the bike and there was no problem to bring the bike inside the room.

  Location of this hotel is perfect. It is over the Rue Massena, the loveliest pedestrian street, many bistros and bars,restaurants. Anja was helpful and spoke english very well. Our superior studio located in a different building , with a big bathroom, balcony onto street the room was perfectly equipped. Highly recommended and I will be going - I loved it! Perfect location, the kitchen is very well equipped, the room is quite small but had everything I needed. Even if it is located on a very busy pedestrian street, once I closed the windows, the noise didn't disturb me one bit. I am a light sleeper and I was quite worried that I would be up all night, but I didn't hear any noise. I am planning my next trip to NIce and will be ataying at Ajoupa!

  Such a nice place to stay!!!! We travelled with the whole family, so we stayed in the biggest room on the top floor. It was so so so excellent!!!!! Could have the view directly to the historical street and the harbor as well. The stuff is quite helpful and friendly. Everything was so perfect and we enjoyed every minute in Residence Bouttau. Would ... wat mensen zeggen » absolutely recommend to our friends. - The owner is very friendly and the apartment is clean , very spacious in a beautiful historical building but with all modern facilities and a view to the harbor from the bed room, good internet connection and great location ,just few min from the palais and many good restaurants next door, will be back
