We liked the helpful/friendly staff and the well designed accommodation with external roller shutters for added security; together with the swipe card access system.The swimming pool was an added bonus.Very laid back atmosphere all round. A bit of a trek to the beach, but most of it along a riverside path; which is well lit at night. -

Very close to beach and town centre, just 5 minutes walk away. A clean,
nice spa and fitness area, a relaxing quite area with a confined outside
swimming pool with adequate sun beds, nice neat kept grounds, excellent

We pretty much liked everything there. We had a fantastic holiday. Mainly because The Residance resideal Hotel exceeded our expectations. We were happy with the nice and very cosy room we were given and it was value for money and it was a real pleasure to deal with the receptionist. They were all very helpful It is very central and about a couple of metres away from the croisette beach and not far from the train station and other amenities. The Musee de la castre gives a perfect panoramic view

Friendly staff, clean facilities, and a very quiet location, despite being only a 5 min walk to both the local railway (non-TGV) and bus stations. Aix is a vibrant destination, with a range of facilities and attractions from the Cezanne trail, to country walking around Mont Sainte-Victoire, and of course lots of shops including a vibrant market several days a week. Marseille is a half-hour train ride away, and we took the bus to the beautiful beach at Cassis.

We stayed in Estivel with 2 kids (13 and 1,3 yrs old) in June 2013. Villa was very comfortable, well equipped kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms. Terrace was great! On arrival Jean Paul was extremely helpful in getting us settled and making sure we knew all about our accommodation and informing us about the Breakfast and other meals on offer. the hotel is small with very friendly staff, a lovely garden to relax in and very close to some wonderful restaurants. The area is very interesting with lots to do and yet quiet enough to relax. The food market and the antique markets are well worth seeing.The hotel is only 5 minutes walk to the bus which takes you to Avignon. Staff are friendly and very helpful . Highly recommend the hotel

It was my first time staying in a mobile home and to my surprise I found the experience great, the mobile home was clean, close to the local town square with shopping and dinning close by. The town square on Saturdays acts as a market, place selling great local produce. Had a great shopping spree there.
Overall had great time and will try to return in May, when it is more in season for rafting and other activities.
