  The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We ended up getting one of the newly renovated rooms which was gorgeous. It was also the only room with a balcony overlooking Place Massena! It was perfect to listen to the Jazz fest that was going on across the street. Great stay! - we stayed in an non refurbished room (rooms 9 and up have been refurbished), so the bathroom was a bit old and small, but had everything you needed. staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly. fantastic location one street back from the promenade and beach, and no steet noise at all at the back of the building.

  I loved having a balcony looking right on to the port -- I spent many a happy hour on it reading or people-watching late into the night. My room had space for a double bed and a single, which was more than enough for me as I was travelling on my own, but might have felt a bit tight if I was with 1 or 2 other people. Every morning was magic to behold as we looked out of our window. The room was modern, clean, simple, with a lovely bathroom. Breakfast delicious and varied.

  The staff were helpful and friendly; I stayed just one night, having arrived late, but the staff helped me book a taxi and contact the owner of the property I was renting the next week. I left a book behind and when I returned for it, unannounced, a few days later it was returned to me without further ado.
