We were there only 1 night for the Dour festival - We stayed at Le Domaine de la Frenaie en route to Calais and regretted that were unable to stay longer. Our room was beautifully decorated and nice and warm.There was secure off road parking and a lovely garden to enjoy. Breakfast was very good and Monsieur Jospin could not have been more helpful and welcoming. There is plenty near by to enjoy and I hope to go back for a longer stay.

  The young hostess who greeted us was warm and friendly, we had a quick tour of the guest area which is a modern annexe to the main house. A microwave and fridge were at our disposal along with a kettle and drinks. We had the room with a four poster bed and a tiny fish pond in the centre of the floor.   Door files kwamen we pas om half negen aan. Maar dat was geen probleem voor de keuken. (Dit hebben we in Fr ook wel anders meegemaakt).   The location was convenient for a stopover on the way to Paris from Bruges, as part of a month long trip in Europe, so we booked in advance.
