  The house is absolutely lovely, with great attention to details. You get the sense that every thing has been planned to make you stay as pleasant as possible! The hostess, Michelle, and her staff are wonderful - they make you feel at home at once. Not to mention that she knocked on our door and gave us a little tray with local wine and snacks, so - Beautiful "guest house".They prefer to be called that instead of a hotel. The service is excellent, the manor is tastefully updated with original artwork both inside and in the lovely garden area. The rooms are very large and so is the bathroom. I could stretch my arms out to the sides in the shower it was so large. I would definitely recommend this guest house to anyone staying in this vibrant city.

  The owner, Roselyn, was friendly, gracious and courageous as we communicated with very limited knowledge of each other's language. Fortunately, her English was much better than our French! The rooms were very comfortable, each with a dedicated bathroom with a great shower and even a spa in one of them! The whole experience was a nice surprise - The amazing owner. If you want to have a great, intimate experience and truly get to know a really nice lady, then choose this tucked away charmer of a B&B. We arrived tired after a very long drive. We had stopped at a store and had picnic provisions to enjoy in the garden. The lady of the house not only supplied ice to chill our wine, but she brought out plates and cutlery for our picnic. We lounged on the back terrace in the most comfortable chairs for three hours, so nice after two weeks

  An outstanding choice for a bed and breakfast location in Amboise in the Loire Valley. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Room was enormous. The bathroom was bigger than some of the hotel rooms we have stayed in, with a large bath in which to luxuriate. We also enjoyed the town. Very relaxed and with many dining options to choose from. An ideal place as a base to explore the Loire Valley and it's many Chateaus. Our host Sylvie was a delight.   Our stay here was absolutely wonderful from the moment we arrived. It was such a unique experience to stay in a cave which was so comfortable and had a beautifully renovated bathroom. Our hosts Celine and Steve were so welcoming and we enjoyed a beautiful dinner in the cave restaurant and sampled delicious regional produce. Highly highly recommend! - As you arrive you wonder what on earth you have done,but when celine shows you to your room it is a definite wow.   A delightful experience all round. I thoroughly recommend this hotel. We had a garden view room which was wonderful with a comfy canopy bed. Yes it would be nice to have tea/coffee facilities in room (see other reports), but it's available on room service and they were happy to provide us with a kettle. The restaurant is wonderful with a good menu... wat mensen zeggen » and set in the large conservatory with adjoining terrace. The 'isolated location' mentioned by others is an asset. There are lovely countryside views - Just returned from a wonderful stay at this delightful Logis, located in beautiful countryside yet within ten minutes of towns and chateaux. The garden rooms are spacious and comfortable and the pool and tennis court immaculately maintained. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Excellent food is served in a very inviting room and I'm already looking forward to returning.

  The hotel is modern, well furnished and clean. The concierge is really nice and speaks really good English (which in France is a really big one!). He was also pretty helpful and froze our cooling packs for us and everything. The room was perfect for two persons and the bath was big, bright and clean. Free parking in front of the hotel. We spend one more night there than originally planned and after seeing another hotel on the night after in the same price range I can say: wo - As always this hotel provided exactly what was required for an overnight between England and the South West of France. Friendly reception, clean comfortable rooms and breakfast. The restaurant over the road where evening meals are available is under new management.
