  Very friendly and comfortable and exceptionally clean. The rooms were lovely and all different and the food was very good. The location was excellent for the nearest ski lift. - The room was very good plenty of space, nice shower and the breakfast was superb.Plenty of storage for sports equipment. Staff were excellent.

  We booked the hotel as it is situated on the Tour de France route and we asked if we could have a room with a balcony overlooking the route. Raphael could not have been more helpful and we had an excellent view of the entire race. Apart from the race, La Clusaz is a lovely place and the character of the hotel and the warm reception made our time w... wat mensen zeggen » onderful. Hopefully we will be able to return to this hotel in the not too distant future. - I thought this hotel was excelant value for money but we paid a very cheap price.

  Excellent, relatively new sauna and hammam. It was nice that it had a pool too, although not very big, half inside and half outside. Good location as there is a Bus Stop very close to the Hotel which is on the route between Morzine and Avoriaz, and the Hotel is just a few minutes walk to the restaurants and shops. Ski hire on-site. Ski room with l... wat mensen zeggen » ockers and separate room to dry boots. Bedroom was nice, on the small side maybe, but with sufficient storage. TV in the room has UK channels. Nice ba - Location was good for the evening and fair for skiing. There was a fantastic bus service every 10 minutes that was almost door to door. Staff were keen to help and give advice. Very good ski & boot room, life made easy for tired skiers after a day on the amazing slopes!

Gorgeous views, ample facilities, friendly staff, gorgeous food and ideally situated for easy access up to the slopes. The atmosphere is very nice in the village, and in the hotel. The slopes are ample for a weekend, and for only an extra 10 euros or so - Owners were very friendly and helpful. Food was good. Room was comfortable if a little small. There was undercover parking close by. Ski bus left from outside the hotel.
